Description of Services
Accessible Itineraries provides custom travel itinerary planning services. We create travel itineraries and offer travel recommendations based on requests and preferences submitted by clients. Accessible Itineraries is not a travel agency or tour operator and does not own, operate, sell, resell, manage or control any tour or transportation services. We do not make any bookings with third party providers on behalf of clients. We do not provide on-trip support. Our responsibilities are limited to providing itineraries and recommendations based on our clients’ requests.
Accuracy and Quality of Services
Accessible Itineraries makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information but the client is responsible for checking their itinerary and ensuring the accuracy of all recommendations (including but not limited to routes, addresses, and rates). Accessible Itineraries does not guarantee the accuracy of prices of third party products or services provided in its itineraries or recommendations.
Accessible Itineraries makes every effort to provide high quality recommendations based clients’ preferences. However, we do not warrant that the quality of services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Recommendations provided by Accessible Itineraries are based on the opinions of selected individuals and may not be suitable for or available to all travelers.
You understand and agree that your participation in any travel, activities, or experiences recommended by Accessible Itineraries is at your own risk. You understand and agree that Accessible Itineraries is not responsible for any damages and disclaims all liability that may result in following our itinerary/recommendations. We accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or inconvenience sustained by any person using our services. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip.
Booking and Fees
The client will provide Accessible Itineraries with their travel and itinerary preferences by email or phone. Accessible Itineraries will then send the client a proposal for services including fee. Our fees are customized and differ based on each client’s needs. Once the client accepts the proposal, a partial or full deposit may be required. As long as the proposal has not been accepted, Accessible Itineraries holds the right to change the offer if necessary. The timing of delivery of services and payment terms are determined on a client by client basis and will be outlined in a client’s proposal for services. All fees are non-refundable. Accessible Itineraries reserves the right to charge late fees, which will be outlined in client’s proposal.
